Otherwise, if you would like to accept credit/debit cards using a virtual terminal, or, if you would like to sell product and services online using your website, or by mail order/phone orders, select "Internet/Mail Order/Phone Order", followed by your desired payment gateway from the drop-down menu below. Note:
final approval is based primarily on the industry type, monthly
volume, average ticket, and individual or business' credit worthiness
as determined by Cynergy Data and our bank's underwriting department.
All applications are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve
the right at all times to decline any new merchant account application.
If for any reason your merchant account is declined, we will refund
your credit card/checking account for the initial setup fee less
a $20.00 administrative fee.
Disclosures: Some Mastercard® and Visa® transactions may process at a slightly higher rate or transaction fee as determined by Mastercard® and Visa®. These non-qualifying rates may apply to corporate or government purchase cards, debit cards, or cards from foreign banks. Initial set-up fee covers American Express®, Discover®, and electronic checks only when these options are chosen at the time of set-up. Authorize.net charges an additional 5 cents per transaction starting at the 250th transaction per month. For some merchant classifications, an annual account fee may be charged.
